Through an affiliation with DNAfit who work with Olympians and professional athletes we can look at your DNA profile to determine the optimal exercise and nutrition strategies specifically for you.     It is a simple swab test sent via post that provides an in-depth analysis of up to 45 key genetic variants. From this we can determine your response to a selection of key genetic markers associated with health, fitness and nutrition. An effective form of crossfit based on the training concepts boxers use to stay in shape, it’s a fun, challenging and safe workout that can be utilised by people of all fitness levels. Correct boxing training not only works all areas of the body but also all aspects of fitness such as cardiovascular fitness, muscular endurance, muscular strength, stamina, coordination and power.

    You will learn to jab, cross, uppercut and hook in combination with bodyweight exercises to improve total body conditioning, tone your arms, chest, abs and legs as well as drastically improve your cardiovascular fitness.

    An almost perfect training workout used by athletes, sporting teams and the general public to improve strength and endurance with low impact on the joints. Every session is designed to be intense and challenging, pushing you to your limits which in turn will get you as fit as the professionals you see on TV.

    You will learn the techniques used by one of Britain's best ever boxers Ricky 'The Hitman' Hatton combined with the boxing for fitness training systems from world renowned trainer Jon Eade.

Certified Personal Trainer, Precision Nutrition Pn1 Coach, DNAfit programmer, Hatton Boxing Academy Graduate (Elite Level), MSc with Distinction in Food Science and previously worked as a Senior Scientist in the Food and Pharmaceutical Industry.

Tim's varied background has provided him with a unique combination of skills to effectively coach clients to achieve their body transformation goals. Tim specialises in getting clients the body transformation they desire no matter their starting point.  By combining an in depth understanding of human physiology and a wealth of nutritional knowledge Tim will work alongside you to design a progressive exercise plan and coach you on proper nutrition. He'll be with you every step of the way to support you and keep you accountable ensuring you achieve your goals!

'We are inundated everyday with masses of contradictory information leaving us lost and confused. This often results in us flitting between unsustainable exercise programs and dogmatic diet plans like low carb/low fat/paleo/juice fasting etc Inevitably this leads to us ending up right back where we started or in an even worse position with a damaged metabolism. It is my passion to empower people to break free from this confusion and dogmatic dieting to achieve the body they want in a healthy sustainable way. I truly believe everyone can achieve the body they desire and I am here to facilitate that process with an evidence based scientific action plan.'
